Wasa Julknäcke

The product included in this EPD is Wasa Julknäckz, a light and crispy Christmas cracker bread.

Wasa Falu Rågrut is distributed in Sweden, and it is baked in the Filipstad (Sweden) plant. The raw materials included in the recipe are mixed into dough and baked in specific ovens. Following baking, the products are packaged and shipped to distribution centres for market entry.

Wasa Julknäcke comes into 300 g packaging format, and it is ready for consumption.
