Falu Rågrut

The product included in this EPD is Falu Rågrut, a crispbread baked with wholemeal rye flour. The bread is shaped to consist of crispy air cushions.

Wasa Falu Rågrut is distributed in Northern Europe, and it is baked in the Filipstad (Sweden) plant. The raw materials included in the recipe are mixed into dough and baked in specific ovens. Following baking, the products are packaged and shipped to distribution centres for market entry.

Wasa Falu Rågrut comes into 235 g, 1020 g and 470 g packaging format and it is ready for consumption.
