PanelDuct® Ventilation Duct System

PanelDuct® Ventilation Ducts are factory‑manufactured, modular ventilation duct panels made of steel with integral compression seals engineered to achieve Class D airtightness at ±2000 Pa under positive and negative pressure. The panels are pre‑insulated with flame‑retardant foam (35 mm thickness) and designed for push‑fit assembly on‑site. PanelDuct® Ventilation Ducts achieve Class A for flame spread and a low smoke development index under ASTM E84‑20. They are intended for use in residential, commercial, and industrial buildings for the supply, extract or circulation of air. PanelDuct® Ventilation Ducts are available in a wide range of cross‑sectional dimensions and lengths, adaptable to the specific requirements of each project or installation. Manufactured off‑site under controlled quality conditions, the ducts provide thermal performance with a U‑Value of approximately 0.23 W/(m²·K), backed by warranties on exterior finishes of up to 25 years under standard climatic exposure.
