Powder-coated structural steel components

GOLDBECK Elementy Polska fabricates load-bearing structural steel components and applies powder-coat finishes according to project specifications. Typical production flow includes: order intake and detailing (BIM/CAD), cutting and profiling (saw, plasma/laser), drilling and machining, assembly and welding per qualified WPS, dimensional inspection, surface preparation (shot-blasting), application of powder-coat systems designed per EN ISO 12944 (dry-film thickness and durability category per project), curing, final QC (DFT/adhesion), picking and dispatch to site. Components are delivered as e.g. trusses, beams, columns, braces and accessories ready for installation.
