Tubular pile
CWHI tubular piles for oil and gas are large hollow steel pipe structures primarily used as foundational support components in offshore and coastal engineering. Their main function is to bear and transfer the loads of superstructures (such as offshore oil and gas platforms, wind turbine jackets, and deep-water terminals) to deeper soil layers with higher bearing capacity, thereby ensuring the overall stability and safety of the structures in complex marine environments.
CWHI tubular piles, manufacturing through bevelling, plate joint, plate cutting and rolling, welding, and segment assembly, are widely applied in offshore oil and gas development, offshore wind projects, port and marine engineering, as well as coastal facility construction, serving as an important part of marine energy development and infrastructure construction.
