Pre-Painted Alu-Zinc Coated Steel in Sheets & Coils

This product is made from (P1 – Alu Zinc Coated Steel). The process starts from cold-rolled full hard coils coated with an aluminium-zinc alloy, followed by layers of organic paint for further durability and visual appeal. The Alu-Zinc coating, which is usually made up of 55% Al and 43% Zn, provides both barrier and sacrificial protection, ensuring superior corrosion resistance when compared to conventional galvanized steel. A multi-coat paint solution enhances the rigidness, UV stability, and aesthetic value and is appropriate for architectural, roofing, and cladding applications. The products come in a range of yield strength grades, including as YS250, YS300, YS350, and YS550, or their international equivalents. Coating mass variants ranging from AZ17 to AZ200 GSM are available to meet a variety of performance requirements. normal thicknesses range from 0.18 mm to 1.20 mm, while normal widths range from 150 mm to 1,450 mm. On request, customized measurements are available. The average includes different thickness of the products as data collection is relative to product and specific data for each thickness cannot be obtained.
