HIC Fibers

HIC Fibers steel fibers are high-performance reinforcement materials designed to replace or complement traditional wire mesh and rebar. The hooked ends of the HIC Fibers steel fibers are specifically engineered to deliver optimal performance, effectively reducing crack initiation, evenly distributing stresses, and significantly enhancing concrete’s tensile strength, impact resistance, and fatigue durability. In addition to standard hooked-end designs, custom configurations are offered to meet specific client requirements, ensuring tailored solutions for diverse applications such as industrial flooring, tunnel linings, precast and sprayed concrete, mining, and transportation infrastructure.

HIC Fibers steel fibers are available in both glued and loose forms, with a product range that includes diameters from 0.35 to 1.05 mm, lengths from 30 to 60 mm, and tensile strengths between 1000 and 2500 MPa. In addition to standard hooked-end designs, custom configurations are offered to meet specific client requirements, ensuring tailored solutions for diverse applications such as industrial flooring, tunnel linings, precast and sprayed concrete, mining, and transportation infrastructure.

The L products are loosed types where steel fibers are individual units. C products are collated fibers, which are bundled using a water-soluble adhesive substance to increase fiber dispersibility and minimize fiber-balling. LHO/CHO have hooked ends.
