Fire tempered cladding and decking
Wood with charred finish is produced by wood exposed to a flame up to 1100 degrees Celsius. The wood surface is charred to a depth of 2 mm depth. The fire treats the wood until a smooth and even texture is achieved. After that, planks are brushed so any small particles or roughness can be removed. The treated wood brushed off and can be finished with natural or hybrid water-based oils on the planks to boost their durability and improve looks.
Semi-regular oil application will extend the life span of the desired aesthetic.
Raw material - strength graded pine, spruce, larch sawn timber.
