ANODISED ALUMINIUM PROFILE

Profiles that have exited the presses are transferred to the front surface processing section, where they undergo satin or polishing treatments. After the front surface work is completed, the profiles are immersed in anodizing baths (acidic and alkaline solutions). In the anodizing baths, an artificial oxide layer is created through anodic oxidation, which enhances the durability of the aluminum.

Our anodizing facility, equipped with advanced technology, meets customer demands by producing matte, shiny, and colored anodized surfaces. We offer colors such as inox, bronze, coffee, and black. We manufacture our products in accordance with international standards under QUANALOD standards.

Sulfuric acid is used in the aluminum anodizing process. Our facility produces profiles with coating thicknesses ranging from 5 microns to 25 microns.

In our company, profiles undergo two types of pre-treatment during the anodizing process: mechanical and chemical.
