COATED ALUMINIUM PROFILE
Electrostatic powder coating is a solvent-free surface coating method. The coating material consists of very fine powder particles that form the final paint layer.
Powder paint is applied to the profile surface, which has been pre-cleaned, using specialized paint guns in the paint booth. As the powder particles pass through the gun, they become electrostatically charged and adhere to the surface of the profile inside the booth, completing the coating process. For the powder paint to adhere properly to the material surface, the material must be well-grounded. Excess powder is collected by the paint recovery system in the booth and reused.
In our powder coating facility, an environmentally friendly 'Cromfree' chemical pre-treatment process is applied to enhance the adhesion of the powder paint and increase the corrosion resistance of the underlying layer. This process is fully automated, allowing us to respond quickly to orders in various colors. We offer all RAL colors as well as custom color applications. The minimum paint layer thickness for coated profiles in our facility is 60 microns. We produce in accordance with international quality parameters under Qualicoat standards.
