FixOrigin Solar Mounting System

The system features a fixed-tilt structure design with Monopost and Bipost options, offering high flexibility for different project requirements. It supports multiple configurations, including Monopost 2P and 4L, as well as Bipost 2P, 3P, 4L, and 6L layouts. The structure provides a ground clearance of up to 1200 mm and allows a tilt angle of up to 30°, ensuring optimal performance under various site conditions. It is designed to adapt to complex terrain, accommodating slopes of up to 20% in the east–west direction and 30% in the north–south direction.

Manufactured from S350–S420 GD steel or higher grades, the structure offers excellent strength and durability. Surface protection options include hot-dip galvanization (HDG), galvanized, and zinc-magnesium (ZM) coatings, ensuring long-term corrosion resistance. PV modules can be fixed using Fast-Fix clamps, standard clamps, rivets, or bolts, providing reliable and efficient installation. In addition, inverter support can be optionally integrated to enhance system functionality and installation flexibility.
