Wasa Flerkorn

The products included in this EPD are Surdeg Flerkorn and Zuurdesem Meergranen. The recipe, packaging composition and production plant are common elements for all products. 

They are distributed mainly in Europe: Surdeg Flerkorn is sold mainly in Germany, Sweden, Norway and Denmark while Zuurdesem Meergranen is sold mainly in the Netherlands. Both products is baked in Celle (Germany). 

The raw materials included in the recipe are mixed together into dough and baked in ovens. Following baking, the products are packaged and shipped to distribution centres for market entry. Wasa Flekorn comes into 75, 210, and 550 g packaging format and it is ready for consumption.
