EFLEX AC FUME CUPBOARDS
The EFLEX AC fume cupboards are designed for the manipulation of concentrated acids and high thermal loads. They are recommended for the evacuation of aerosol fumes generated in reactions with concentrated acids handled in the work area, in order to prevent contamination of the laboratory atmosphere.
They are not recommended for use with hydrochloric acid, compounds emitting ionising radiation, large amounts of solvents, or pathogens.
Characteristics:
− Range certified under parts 2 and 7 of the EN-14175 European standard.
− The design of the EFLEX AC fume cupboard ensures safety and operating objectives at high temperatures and prevents dangerous concentrations and deposits of acids or hydroxides in the work area.
The EFLEX AC fume cupboards have two different widths, and its name is associated with this parameter. Within the same EFLEX AC model, the cupboards are very similar but the sizes change over 300m.
