JI Vieo Roof 1050

JI Vieo Roof 1050 is an elegant insulated roof panel suitable for pitched roofs. The sandwich panel consists of an aesthetic outer sheet with standing seam, a polyisocyanurate (PIR) foam core without harmful CFC-HCFC and a lightly lined inner sheet. In terms of appearance, JI Vieo Roof 1050 is similar to that of a traditional zinc roof, but thanks to the all-in-one solution, it is a lot faster to install. Thanks to its availability in three thicknesses : 40, 100 and 130 mm, both the thermal and mechanical requirements of different projects can be met.

The reference product used for this study considers the product JI Vieo Roof 1050. The reference product has a total steel weight of 9,24 kg and a PIR foam insulation thickness of 100mm. The steel weight is the weighted average of all configurations produced during reference year 2023.
