ST - 200: CONTINUOUS DOUBLE GLASS WALL

• Continuous double-glazed system with an interior metal structure made of galvanized steel.
• The interior structure is covered with aluminum profiles.
• The system accepts laminated safety glass in thicknesses of 5+5 mm or 6+6 mm.
• The glass is joined using adhesive acrylic tapes and aluminum corner joints.
• Total system thickness is 100 mm.
• Cradle-to-Cradle Bronze certified system.
• Mechanics and Functionality certified (UNE-EN 41955-2) for the most demanding use (Use Category 4).
• Sound reduction up to 46 dB.

The ST-200 is made up of 23 components from four different material groups. Its dimensions are 2.750 mm high x 2.500 mm wide, with a total surface area of 6.875 m2.

Optionally, the TREBE SERIES ST-200 is available in a second version that includes the KUBIK structure.

The KUBIK structure, also referred to as ST-700, is a self-supporting aluminum frame with concealed floor fixation, designed to support the various modular partition systems of the TREBE SERIES.

ST-700 consists of 18 components grouped into 3 different material categories. Its dimensions are 4200 mm in height, 4200 mm in width, and 2600 mm in length, forming a structure capable of supporting a total surface area of 61.32 m² of vertical partition system.

Since ST-700 is an optional component that can be used with all other modules, its environmental impacts will be calculated and considered accordingly. If this structure is included, the weight per square meter of each module increases by 2.12 kg/m².

For the ST-200 SERIES, incorporating the KUBIK structure results in a total weight of 51.93 kg/m².
