Fillers W-05; W-12; W-102

Fillers are a physicalmixture of mineral compounds and a composition of cereal flours and modified starch. They are obtained by mixing the appropriate ingredients in a ribbon mixer set on a load cell. These fillers are used as filling and thickening additives for phenolic resins intended for the production of waterproof plywood. For LVL waterproof plywood, only W102 filler is used, which contains an increased amount of carbonates. The W05 and W12 filler are used as a component of an adhesive mixture used to make waterproof plywood.
