Steel pedestal and related components for raised floors (UNI EN 12825 compliant)

Carson's S structure is intended for use with indoor technical raised floors. It complies with the raised flooring standard UNI EN 12825, and the adjustment range covered by this EPD is from 90 to 1000 mm.

The medium S structure ranges from 90 to 300 mm, while the high S structure ranges from 300 to 1000 mm. Both are made with the same components; the only difference is a different configuration of the base and head of the pedestal.

The components are the same throughout all the adjustment range, the only difference among different nominal heights consisting in the length of the tube and the stud.

The use of snap-on U-section stringers is recommended for applications that require a mechanical load-bearing capacity and/or deflection performances of the raised floor that cannot be guaranteed by pedestals alone.

All the components are available both with standard galvanization process and in Zinc Whiskers Free version.

Plastic components like pedestal caps and stringer gaskets are included in this EPD.
