Megalam MG14
Megalam MG filters produced by Camfil GmbH (Reinfeld, Germany) are panels filters used in a large range of industries requiring a strict controlled environment. They are designed for the terminal filtration stages of turbulent or unidirectional airflow applications in high-tech cleanrooms, LAF benches, isolators, RABS and other clean air devices.
Megalam are available with EPA, HEPA or ULPA filter classes according to EN 1822 and ISO 29463 with an efficiency of 85 % (E10 & ISO 15 E) to 99.999995 % (U17 & ISO 75 U) at MPPS.
The media is pleated using our patented controlled media spacing (CMS™) technology for optimal airflow and best media performance. Together with intermediate hot-melt separators, this ensures uniform pleat spacing and the ability to form a rigid self-supported media pack. The media pack is permanently sealed to the filter frame of the module with a solid polyurethane sealant. The frame is made of lightweight anodized aluminium with corner clips for module durability and long-term integrity.
Each filter is individually tested, certified and serialized to meet the requirements of the respective standards EN 1822 and ISO 29463.
