Steel fibers - Sonasid

Steel fiber for concrete reinforcement complies with current standards and is used to improve the mechanical properties of concrete, particularly its tensile strength, flexural strength, and resistance to cracking. These fibers are made from high-quality steel, melted from scrap in an Electric Arc Furnace (EAF), then processed through a hot rolling method and subsequently drawn to be transformed into steel fibers. Steel fibers are available in various dimensions and diameters, tailored to meet the specific needs of construction projects. This EPD applies to different categories of steel fibers used in various types of concrete, depending on the technical requirements of the projects. It is an is an EPD of multiple products based on the average results of the product group (averaged based on mass) and comprises the products listed in the product section below.
