The NHXH-J 5x10 RM FE180 E90 is a high-performance fire-resistant power cable, designed for critical circuits that must maintain functionality during a fire. It utilizes annealed copper conductors, class 1 or 2 as per EN 60228, to deliver robust electrical performance. The XLPE insulation (DIX 3) is wrapped with mica tape, providing outstanding fire resistance and electrical insulation. The bedding layer, made from elastomere/plastomere compound or plastic tape, ensures mechanical cohesion and supports the fire-resistant structure. The outer sheath is made of halogen-free, flame-retardant HFFR compound (HXM1), minimizing toxic gas release and smoke generation. Rated FE180 (functional integrity for 180 minutes) and E90 (system integrity for 90 minutes), this cable is ideal for emergency systems like fire alarms, smoke extraction fans, and emergency lighting.
