METOLUX 2-PART PREMIX WOOD FILLER

Metolux 2-Part Premix Wood Filler is a styrene free two component polyester resin based wood filler. The product is a high strength filler supplied pre-coloured in a cartridge and foil bag system. The resin and the hardener are in a 10:1 volume ratio. The mixing ratio between the resin component and the hardener component is set automatically as the product is pushed out of the cartridge. Curing begins immediately after the components are mixed. The product is dispensed from a plastic cartridge using a manual silicone tool. It was developed principally as a high strength filler for gaps, joints and timber imperfections/damages, particularly for long strips/gaps. Small repairs of up to 20mm depth are possible which can be sanded and painted over after 30 minutes to harden.
