Steel pedestal and related components for raised floors (PSA norm compliant)

Carson's PSA structure is intended for use with indoor technical raised floors. It fully complies to the extremely demanding requirements of the Medium and Heavy grade classification of the British PSA MOB technical norm, and the adjustment range covered by this EPD is from 100 to 1000 mm.

Two versions are available (version 1 and version 2) and both are realized with the same components but with different composition between the head and the base of the pedestal.

The components are the same throughout all the adjustment range, the only difference among different nominal heights consisting in the length of the tube and the stud.

The use of the boxed section stringer is recommended from nominal heights > 500 mm and in those situations that require a mechanical load-bearing capacity and/or deflection performances of the raised floor that cannot be guaranteed by pedestals alone..

All the components are available both with standard galvanization process and in Zinc Whiskers Free version.

Plastic components like pedestal caps and stringer gaskets are included in this EPD.
