Isover SUPER PROFI

This Environmental Product Declaration (EPD®) describes the environmental impacts of 1 m² of mineral wool with a thermal resistance of 3.10 K.m2.W-1 of Isover SUPER PROFI. To calculate the impact of the range of commercial thicknesses between 50 mm and 200 mm, see the table “influence of particular thickness". in additional information section. 

This EPD applies for one specific product produced in one single plant of Saint-Gobain Construction Products România ISOVER.

The production site of Saint-Gobain Construction Products, România in ISOVER uses natural raw materials (sand), recycled glass cullet, and fusion and fiberizing techniques to produce glass wool. The products are obtained in the form of a "mineral wool mat" characterized with a soft and airy structure.

Isover SUPER PROFI can be used for thermal and sound insulation of residential buildings where insulation is not subject to mechanical loads:

• pitched roofs and attics

• walls of wooden houses 

• the inner surface of vertical walls

• ventilated façade

It has very good thermal insulation performance (low thermal conductivity).
