Wooden Doorsets

THERMOPLASTIKI manufactures wooden profiles for interior door systems at its production facility in Kavala, Greece. These products are intended for use in residential, commercial, and industrial buildings and are designed to meet relevant European standards, including EN 14351-2:2019 for internal pedestrian doorsets and EN 16034:2015 for fire resistance and smoke control. Quality control procedures follow ISO 2859.

The product range includes two main types: Portalia CPL, which uses Continuous Pressure Laminate and a honeycomb cardboard core, and the Exclusive Series, which features natural or artificial veneer finishes with either honeycomb or particle board fillers. Frames are made from MDF or blockboard, while locks, hinges, and thresholds are composed of steel, brass, and other conventional materials.

These profiles are used in various door system configurations such as single or double-leaf swing doors, sliding, folding, and fire-rated doors. They are applied in a range of building types, including homes, offices, retail spaces, and institutional environments. The products support different design and performance requirements, with options for additional features such as vision panels and door-closing mechanisms.
