Luxe Clad A1® Coil-Coated Aluminium Alloy Sheet and Coil

Luxe Clad A1® Coil-Coated Aluminium Alloy Sheet and Coil is manufactured to the European standard EN 1396: 2023 aluminium and aluminium alloys – Coil coated sheet and strip for general applications, from aluminium alloy in grades EN AW 3003, EN AW 3005, EN AW 3103, EN AW 3105, EN AW 5005, EN AW 5052 or EN AW 5754 (or to an agreed alternative specification) temper designation to EN 1396: 2023.

The product is coil-coated with a Polyester (SP), Polyurethane (PUR) or Polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) primer and a Polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF), Fluoropolymer (FEVE), Polyester (SP or HDSP), Polyurethane (PUR or HDPUR), Polyamide modified (PUR-PA or SP-PA) topcoat paint to a total nominal thickness of 25-50 μm. Non-standard colours are available in thicknesses outside of the normal ranges by arrangement. The reverse side can be supplied with Epoxy (EP) or Polyester (SP) lacquer coat to a nominal thickness of 5 μm or with a conversion coating free of chromates.

The product is available in a range of standard colours and gloss levels of 5 to 85 units. A UV resistant protective polyethylene film is applied to the top surface of the product, printed with the Luxe Clad A1® logo or without film by arrangement.
