Aalborg BASIS® cement CEM II/A-LL 52,5 R (LA)
BASIS® is a grey Portland limestone cement (CEM II/A-LL), with a strength class of 52,5R, characterized by a very high early strength and a normal late strength. BASIS® is produced by co-milling a mix of Portland cement clinker and gypsum with fine grained limestone filler, thereby lowering the clinker content. BASIS® can be used in concrete for most environmental classes according to national regulations on concrete standards and is especially recommended for:
- Reinforced concrete structures
- Concreting in cold weather
- Precast concrete blocks
- Heavy precast concrete elements
