FRP Pultruded profile
M.M. pultruded structural profiles are components made of FRP (fibre-reinforced polymers) composites, primarily reinforced with glass fibre. Available in both open or closed geometries, they’re design to adapt to a wide range of structural requirements.
These profiles are designed to be used as structural elements, such as beams and columns, where the load-bearing capacity represents the main design requirement and the product is part of a load-bearing system.
Specifically, the product being analysed is a structural profile, compliant with the technical specifications of the European standard EN 13706.
The profiles, in all various available geometries are inert, are used mainly in external applications and do not release hazardous substances into the air, soil and water.
