DEPC20000 Vacuum Evaporator

The DEPC series of vacuum evaporators allows industrial wastewaters to be treated and concentrated with the production of a high quality distillate and a concentrate of the raw materials or pollutants present. Double effect evaporators consist of two stages, which are kept at different pressures by apposite vacuum pumps to obtain boiling at decreasing temperatures. Energy consumption is reduced to a minimum by using a heat pump in a vacuum, with evaporation occurring at very low temperature of around 35°C. The distillate can be recycled back into the industry, raw materials can be recovered and the volume of final wastewater to be sent away is reduced to a minimum.
