Icopal ProVerdi 600

Icopal ProVerdi 600 is a fully torched two-layer bitumen waterproofing system.

The product consists of the components ProVerdi Base 600 PG (lower layer) and ProVerdi Top 600 P (upper layer). 

SBS increases the elasticity of the waterproofing layer and provides increased joint strength and service life. The declared product have great strength, heat and dimensional stability, are nail-resistant and have a good perforation resistance. The products can absorb minor movements from the surface. SBS bitumen gives great and lasting cold flexibility, protects against cold breakage (when installed down to -15°C) and increases the roofing life.

In this EPD the installation phase is modelled as mechanically fastening of the lower layer and fully torching of the upper layer. The calculations include 5 % overlap and includes the additional production processes to compensate for the wastage of products that typically occurs during installation. Finally, this phase includes the waste processing of the installation waste and product packaging.

The product is expected to fulfil its function for 50 years.
