Bituminous and polymer coatings for road and waterproofing applications

Alfa Alfa Energy’s ESHA® brand delivers a complete range of high-performance bituminous emulsions, polymer emulsions and solvent-based bitumen solutions for both road-building and building-envelope waterproofing applications. Backed by over 60 years of proven field performance, ESHA® products combine easy application, safe handling and exceptional durability:

    Road-Building Emulsions (KE-1, KE-5, ESHACOAT PME-S)

    Fine-droplet cationic bitumen emulsions that cure rapidly on paving aggregates or existing asphalt. KE-1 and KE-5 emulsions provide tack coats and base stabilization, while ESHACOAT PME-S “fog seals” oxidized pavements to restore binder flexibility and seal hairline cracks.

    Waterproofing Emulsions (ESHACOAT Nr. 2, 6S; ESHAELASTIC; ESHATOPRIMER)

    Water-based bitumen emulsions, enriched with latex or fillers, that form continuous, elastic films on concrete, masonry and metal. From deep-penetrating primers to hyper-elastic top coats, these products crack-bridge, resist UV-ageing and withstand dilute acids, alkalis and frost.

    Polymer Emulsions (ESHA-ACRYCOAT, ESHAHYBRID, ESHABOND)

    Advanced acrylic or hybrid binders that cure to form highly flexible, reflective membranes. Ideal for terraces, balconies and green-roof underlays, they tolerate extreme temperature swings, retain >400 % elongation and allow vapor diffusion, while resisting ponding water and UV degradation.

    Solvent-Based Solutions (ESHALAC 50-S, ESHAFAST, ESHA ROOFCOAT 10, ESHALUMIN)

    Low-viscosity bitumen varnishes and aluminum-enhanced coatings for rapid-dry priming, metal anticorrosion and radiant-heat reduction. Fast-curing and deeply penetrating, they boost membrane adhesion and prolong system life even in high-humidity conditions.
