weber EXM 721 is a dry-mix product to be mixed with water to obtain a ready-to-use, expanding, frost-resistant un¬der-pinning mortar. weber EXM 721 is suitable where there is a requirement for total filling and extra high strength is desired. It is intended for use in casting and enclosing of concrete and steel structures, e.g. wind mills, bridge bearings, cisterns, etc.
