The products in the C.A.S.E. (Coating - Adhesives - Sealants - Systems) division of Epaflex Polyurethanes are designed for the world of construction, maintenance and industry and are the result of an innovative technology based on special polymers, developed over multiple applications. There is no need to use solvents, thanks to the features of our products, which are produced without volatile organic emissions or compounds. Our products do not contain greenhouse gases and have faster application times (not much time required for strengthening), and a construction site that is open for less time helps create fewer environmental problems and improves the quality of life.

EPAPROOF FPCS 08 is a 100% polyurea system without volatile organic compounds

EPAPROOF FPCS 08 It is a two-component system, based on aromatic isocyanates and special flexible amines for the protection of metals and cementitious surfaces.

The product is a pure polyurea system made of 100% solid substances.

According to the EN 13823:2010 standard, it belongs to class E of reaction to fire.

The system has a temperature resistance ranging from -30°C to +170°C

The EPAPROOF family consist in Systems and liquid coatings.

Moisture-resistant and flexible products, resistant to chemicals and abrasion, a few seconds or minutes to harden even in sub-zero temperatures.

Typical applications: industrial floors, car park roofing, roofing and balconies, refineries, pipes, sewage treatment plants, encapsulation of asbestos, production plants, mining, off-shore platforms, steel bridges, marine and many more.
