Thermoplastic Polyurethane (TPU)

Thermoplastic polyurethanes are innovative technical materials with 

features that allow them to be used in multiple applications in the plastics 

industry. Epaflex produces TPU with consistent quality and 

processability meeting the needs of the most complex and cutting-edge 

applications. ISO 9001 certification is an additional guarantee of the 

exceptional standard of our processes. The range of TPUs has been 

extended to include the five product lines currently available.

Epaflex’s Epaline series includes products developed specifically for 

extrusion and calendering. Series 300 includes based on saturated 

polyesters with excellent physical and mechanical properties. Series 300 

is produced with a hardness range between 78 Sh A and 55 Sh D. 

Thanks to Epaflex's production technology that permits significant batch 

to batch reproducibility, we are able to produce with highly accurate 

MFI/MVR ranges.

EPALINE 380A55 25 is a high-performance polyester based thermoplastic polyurethane with excellent mechanical properties.

It is particularly suitable for extrusion of hoses, tubes, profiles and and for injection moulding of technical articles and shoe soles.
