CREW FCU - 160

The fan coil CREW FCU is a decentralised unit for heating, cooling and filtering of air for shipbuilding. The unit is installed in crew cabins in the maritime sector and is available in different sizes, based on the customer demand.

The secondary air drawn from the room passes through the filter and is appropriately cleaned and filtered. The room can be heated by passing secondary air through the chiller with an integrated electric tubular heater, where the air is heated and then returned to the room. For cooling the room, the secondary air also passes the chiller and is cooled depending on the water temperature. The secondary air can also be dehumidified by the chiller. The chiller consists of tubes and fins made from copper (2-pipe design). The fan, which uses energy-efficient EC technology, ensures that the individual comfort temperature is quickly reached.
