Sistema Triplex

The TRIPLEX® system can be applied to all carbon steel products. It is suitable for various environments: the standard version can be used in natural, urban, and industrial areas. Special versions are designed for marine, offshore, and heavy industrial applications. Commonly treated items include gates, fences, railings, beams, roof structures, buildings, pergolas, gazebos, and finished products like lighting poles, baskets, and urban furniture.

The technology combines hot-dip galvanizing SIGILLO VERDE® and powder coating with an intermediate nano-ceramic layer to achieve high-performance anti-corrosive properties and exceptional aesthetic qualities. The hot-dip galvanizing serves as an anti-rust base, while the paint layer adds extra protective thickness to the galvanized surface.
