Wood pellets
The pellets consist of sawdust and cutter shavings from nearby sawmills. The part of the raw material that does not retain the moisture content is dried before the pelleting process in order to achieve the right moisture content. The heat of the dryers comes from our boiler, which is powered by wood chips and only natural combustion materials from local producers. The natural products used in the production of the pellets produce a hard and energy-rich pellet that produces a minimal amount of ash after combustion. The pellets are pressed in our three pellet presses and then pass through a sieve where too small pieces of pellet are thinned out. The pellets are then transported to a storage warehouse where the pellets are stored in bulk before delivery to the customer's silo. The pellets are delivered in bulk, which makes it possible for us to be able to keep the production free of plastic and other materials. The entire process consists of renewable materials from our Swedish forests.
