Wall Noise Barriers

Wall is a system consisting of sound-absorbing elements made of high-quality plastic material, installed on special anodised aluminium rails, which in turn are fixed on a structure (concrete, masonry, plasterboard, metal...).

The panel is produced using recycled materials (in quantities depending on the specific use) that are UV-resistant and 100% recyclable.

Wall panel is an effective method for reducing noise pollution from road infrastructure (roads, motorways, railways, airports). The noise barrier provides sound absorption up to 19dB (class A5), in accordance with UNI EN ISO 354:2003, UNI EN 1793-5 and UNI EN 1793-1:2017.

The system consists of a sound-absorbing polyester-fibre mattress from recycled bottles, 80 mm thick (density up to 80 kg/m3), capable of achieving high sound absorption values, placed inside a ‘shell’ (dimensions: 500x500 mm, thickness: 3.5 mm) perforated for more than 35% of its surface area.

The elements of the sound-absorbing wall are connected by a coupling system specially designed to allow for adequate thermal expansion to ensure the stability and correct geometry of the panel.
