Recycled Glass Sand -5mm

At our Wingfield Glass Recycling Facility in South Australia, ResourceCo collects and processes waste glass fines and waste glass in various forms for recovery into a minus 5 mm recycled glass sand.

Our recycled glass sand can be used for a variety of uses including as bedding sands, pipe embedment sand, and as a fine aggregate replacement in concrete. All salvaged metals and waste materials including paper, cardboard and plastic are then sent to specialist external companies for sorting, recycling, and energy recovery.

This Environmental Product Declaration (EPD) covers the cradle-to-gate life cycle stages (modules A1-A3) of our waste receival, crushing, screening processes, for the recycled glass sand we produce at our South Australian Wingfield Facility. The data presented in this EPD is for one metric tonne of product produced.
