RH - Dock Levellers Hinged

Inkema Dock Levellers with hinged or telescopic lip are designed to bridge the gap between the loading bay and vehicle bed. The telescopic lips are available in 500mm or 1000mm.

Inkema Dock Levellers are available in many types of specification ranging from length, width and load capability along with the installation choice of standard pit/embedded mounted, suspended or box models.

Inkema Dock Levellers are composed by three parts:

• The platform from 6/8mm (for hinged dock levellers) to 8/10mm (telescopic levellers) tear plate top, rolled steel sections and lateral toeguards.
• Compact and robust lip made of 13/15 mm thick steel tear plate. The lip is hinged and its end is milled, allowing it to fit against the lorry perfectly and smoothing the lorry’s passage.
• The lower structure is made from rolled steel sections and the platform and hydraulic group are installed on it.
