Repetitive GRC-GFRC Panel with Steel Stud Frame
Our repetitive GRC-GFRC panel is a premium façade cladding material that is reinforced with alkali-resistant (AR) glass fiber. Designed with a thickness range of 12-20 mm, it can be molded into any desired form and dimension through a spraying technique.
The steel frame attached with bonding pads to the shell GRC- GFRC cladding is meticulously engineered to withstand wind, earthquakes, humidity, heat and fire ensuring exceptional durability and safety. The architectural integrity of the building is maintained with customizable colors, textures, and finishes, including sandblasting, acid etching, or polishing. The finished product can be painted post-installation.
Our steel framed elements may be fixed with hot dip galvanized or stainless-steel attachment hardware. Our advanced production capabilities allow us to offer a wide array of colors and textures, making our panels lightweight, durable, and sustainable. These panels are ideal for high-rise buildings, hotels, shopping malls, residential homes, hospitals, office and public buildings, modular structures, and prefabricated buildings.
