Falani Preserved Peach

ELBAK’s peach, orchards are located in Thessaly, and in northern Greece (Macedonia). From the beginning of July to the end of September, this is where these sun-ripened, juicy fruits are harvested. Immediately after harvesting, the peaches are processed and carefully preserved. Here, as with all ELBAK’s fruits, ELBAK do not use any preservatives and this is what gives the peaches their exquisite natural taste, season after season.

Peach (Prunus persica) is a fruit tree of the rose family (Rosaceae) grown throughout the warmer temperate regions of both the Northern and Southern hemispheres. Peaches are widely eaten fresh and are also baked in pies and cobblers; canned peaches are a staple commodity in many regions. Yellow-fleshed varieties are especially rich in vitamin A.

Delivered product, Falani, contains no material other than the preserved peach itself and the packaging material which is considered to be approximately 10% of the gross pack weight. The main material of the product packaging is the tinplate cans, with 820 gr of net weight of peach.
