Full Hard Flat Steel - EAF Based

The investigated product in this EPD is Borçelik’s full hard flat steel (FH) product manufactured at Gemlik/Bursa facility in Türkiye. The thickness of the product varies between 0.25 to 3.00 mm. The representative thickness is selected based on the production volumes. The product is flat steel manufactured by cold rolling of pickled and oiled hot-rolled flat steels. Full hard flat steel is obtained by application of pickling line at CPL line then following completion of the reverse cold mill process. By our different qualities and grades obtained thanks to cold-rolling, annealing and tempering operations, we are able to meet special demands of end users as well.
