Thermal Insulation Products

The product included in this EPD is a weighted average, based on the production volume, of Nitrile based insulation sheets, tubes and acoustics. The Nitrile based products provide a wide variety of functions like low thermal conductivity, resistance to water vapor and sound transmission, and many other features based on the type of cladding used.

• Aerocell Class 0 is a closed cell flexible elastomeric foam made from nitrile rubber.
• Underdeck is an elastomeric NBR insulation foam.
• Elastoroof is an elastomeric NBR foam insulation sheet laminated on one side with highly reflective aluminum foil.
• Aerocell Duraclad is a pre-covered flexible elastomeric Nitrile rubber insulation system with various color options with proprietary flexible covering system.
• Aerocell-AM (Bioflex) is the new range of anti-microbial cellular elastomeric nitrile rubber insulation sheets and tubes from ALP Aeroflex.
• Aflex Eco- Class 1 is a closed cell flexible elastomeric foam made from Nitrile rubber.
• AP/Aerocell is a closed cell flexible elastomeric foam produced from Nitrile rubber.
• Aerocell®Rail is a closed cell flexible elastomeric insulation Nitrile rubber foam.
• Accofoam is a thermo-acoustic elastomeric nitrile rubber foam material in sheet form, scientifically developed to provide superior sound absorption in the low and mid frequency range.
• Accosound is an elastomeric Nitrile rubber-based noise absorber having an open cell structure with complex pore geometry for effective noise absorption.
• NBR Foam Tapes is an elastomeric Nitrile rubber-based , it is flexible with self-adhesive insulation foam tapes.
