Primed and painted lower CO2 steel structures
Low CO2 metal structures - steel products (structures) whose production has a shallow greenhouse gas footprint, due to different, optimised and clean production processes. The Litana Group's main guidelines for reducing GWP total parameters:
• Lower GWP total values declared by raw material producers;
• Short distance from the material producer to Litana metal construction factory;
• High percentage of recyclables used in the production of raw materials and metal structures;
• Optimisation of the technological processes of the Litana metal construction factory;
• High requirements for the standard of transport exhaust gas (min. Euro 6).
The constructions are produced in various sizes and shapes. According to the production equipment and premises, the maximum weights and geometrical parameters of structures or their components are possible: weight - 10t, length - 17m, height - 6m, thickness of elements (components) - 100mm (cutting elements mechanically and using gas plasma), elements (components parts) thickness - 16mm (for rolling and bending elements mechanically).
