Dish Canopies

The dish hood is designed for hoods over dishwashers where there is a lot of water vapor. The dish hood functions as a labyrinth filter and separates particles with a particle size greater than 8 µm. The dish hood separates the particles in a chamber which is then collected in the separator's collection container. The dish hood can be dismantled from the hood and is easily cleaned in a dishwasher if necessary. The unit is equipped with an adjustment damper and a measuring outlet for measuring and adjusting the flow.
