Cement-based Sealants
- Aquasil is an osmotic, brushable cement-based sealing slurry for complete and permanent waterproofing of concrete, brickwork, plaster and generally mineral construction materials. Ideal for basements, tanks, tunnels, foundations, canals, etc. Aquasil guarantees complete waterproofing under positive or negative hydrostatic pressure and the surface stays vapor permeable. Suitable for contact with drinking water. May be backfilled, covered with tiles, marble, stone or other covering. It may also be plastered or left as a finish coat. Aquasil is in powder form and only water is added before application. The active ingredients penetrate deep (osmotic) in hairline cracks and pores of concrete or masonry structural elements, achieving excellent adhesion and permanently sealing of surfaces from water penetration for many decades.
- Aquasil flex is a flexible, 2-components brushable sealing slurry for complete and permanent waterproofing of concrete, brickwork, plaster and generally mineral construction materials. Aquasil Flex has the ability to bridge surface cracks and is ideal for waterproofing substrates that show or are expected to show haircracks due to thermal contractions-expansions or vibrations, such as surfaces to be covered with tiles on balconies, terraces, pools and bathrooms, inverted insulation roofs, walls and floors of basements, tanks, tunnels, foundations, canals, etc. It guarantees complete waterproofing under positive or negative hydrostatic pressure and the surface stays vapor permeable, while it is suitable for contact with drinking water. Aquasil Flex consists of two components, provided in ready to mix packs. The mixture can be applied with brush easily and economically.
- Elastosil is a flexible 2-components brushable cement-based sealing slurry for waterproofing of concrete, bricks, plaster, wood, metal, cement mortars, cement blocks, stone and most construction materials. Elastosil has the ability to bridge wide cracks (even greater than 2mm) and is ideal for sealing surfaces which have or are expected to show hairline cracks due to thermal expansion and contraction or vibration. Suitable for surfaces likely to be covered with tiles on balconies, terraces, pools and bathrooms, inverted insulation roofs, underground tanks, surfaces with ponding water, walls and basements, tanks, tunnels, foundations, canals, etc. It offers great durability under sun exposure and extreme weather conditions as final coating. Elastosil guarantees complete waterproofing under positive or negative hydrostatic pressure and the surface stays vapor permeable. Suitable for contact with drinking water/portable water tanks. Elastosil is provided in ready to mix packs and the mixture can be applied by brush easily and economically.
- Elastosil 1K is a high-tech flexible, fiber reinforced, one-component, cement-based, brushable, sealing product for waterproofing surfaces subjected to deformation such as concrete, plaster and generally mineral construction materials. It is ideal for substrates which have or are expected to show hairline cracks due to thermal expansion and contraction or vibration. Suitable for surfaces likely to be covered with tiles on balconies, terraces, pools and bathrooms, inverted insulation roofs, underground tanks, surfaces with ponding water, walls and basements etc. It guarantees complete waterproofing under positive and negative hydrostatic pressure and the surface remains vapour permeable.
