RESKIBOOT

Reskiboot is a rental ski boot manufactured from secondary raw materials (polymers, in the form of rigid plastics and soft foams) recovered from end-of-life rental ski boots. The product is the output of a closed-loop circular model, where material that should have been waste is instead reintroduced into the production process.

The components of the ski boot can mainly be divided into three groups, mentioned from the heavies to the lightest, in terms of mass:

• the hard external plastic component (as the shell and the cuff);
• the soft inner liner;
• the clamping elements (as buckles and racks), together with all the metal inserts.
