Defensor-Flex® ML28

Defensor-Flex® ML28 is a heat protection barrier to protect against fire caused by thermal runaway in batteries. The fire-retardant barrier is composed of several functional layers to meet automotive protection requirements. The DEFENSOR-Flex® ML 28 is composed by a mica foil, adhesive and stitch bonded needle mat, each of them providing a thermal resistance of more than 700°C.
