Collezione Barilla Durum wheat semolina Lasagne sold in Europe

This Environmental Product Declaration (EPD) is about “Collezione” Barilla Lasagne, packed in paperboard box and sold all over Europe.

It is produced in the Barilla’s Italian plant of Pedrignano and it is made of durum wheat and water, produced by lamination and then a drying process.

The pasta production process does not require additives and preservatives: the drying process guarantees the conservation.

Lasagne special varieties of pasta with ingredients different from durum wheat products, e.g. “green” lasagne, are excluded from this declaration.
