Carfoam®/Zetatunel Waterproofing Membrane for tunnels and underground structures

The Carfoam®/Zetatunel sheet is comprised of multiple layers. The exposed outer layer provides mechanical resistance; the middle layer consists of closed-cell foam that provides the desired level of thermal insulation; and the inner layer provides mechanical resistance, drainage, and a weldable surface.

The Carfoam®/Zetatunel sheet provides waterproofing, drainage capacity, and thermal insulation with anti-icing properties (where necessary). Effective fireproofing is achieved through the use of special materials designed to limit the spread of flames. Depending on the design, the classification of its reaction to fire conforms to the European EN 13501 standard (Euroclass B s1d0).
